Dear customerThank you for your interest in a sustainable piece of jewelry from SIGNUM FAIR JEWELS.
1) Personal ring configuration
As this is a ring that is personally configured for you, we need some information, among other things to determine the exact price.
– the ring size: Either you know your ring size or you can read here how to determine the correct ring size.
– the type of gold: choose between yellow gold, white gold or red gold
– the gold origin/certification: choose between Max Havelaar Fairtrade Gold or Ecofaire wash gold from Finland
– the surface: Choose between high-gloss, fine circular matt, coarse circular matt, matt-finish, dot-matt, hammer finish or an embossed texture. You can find examples here.
– the engraving: Enter your text if an engraving is desired.
2) Non-binding offer
Please complete the configuration form below so that we can send you a non-binding offer as quickly as possible! Of course, you are also welcome to come directly to the Signum Fair Jewels studio for a consultation – then you can see right away where our jewelry is made.
3) Payment options
– By invoice*: Write to us by e-mail at info@signumfairjewels.ch or via the contact form, stating the name of the piece of jewelry, your name and the delivery address. You will then immediately receive an order confirmation with the bank details of the account to which you should transfer the invoice amount.
– Via Paypal*: Via Paypal you transfer the purchase amount, stating the desired piece of jewelry, your name and the delivery address to the following Paypal mail address: sh@signumfairjewels.ch. You will then receive an order confirmation.
– Personal payment & collection at the studio: You can make an appointment by e-mail to info@signumfairjewels.ch or by telephone +41 (0)76 558 41 32 at the Signum Fair Jewels studio in 9470 Buchs SG. There you can try on the piece of jewelry, pay cash and take it home with you. We are also happy to arrange Saturday or evening appointments.
*We charge CHF 20 for shipping within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein, Germany and Austria (please add to the purchase price). Shipments to other countries are possible, please inform us by phone or e-mail before placing your order.
